What is a Level 5 finish?
Level 5 is the highest drywall finish, involving a skim coat of joint compound over the entire surface. It produces an ultra-smooth wall that looks flawless under harsh lighting — ideal for high-end homes and commercial spaces.
How many coats of mud do you apply?
We typically apply three coats — a taping coat, a fill coat, and a finish coat — with sanding between each for the smoothest result.
